If you are in compromise and you struggle with chronic aches, pains and restrictions (APRs) on a seemingly endless basis, it is NOT your age that is giving rise to your physical/mental despair. It is the existence of perpetual compromise of body-wide (b-w) Soft-Tissues (everything that is not bone) that is producing all the aggravation. Body-wide Soft-Tissues (S-Ts) are endlessly screaming for TRUE reprieve rewards! And, somehow, with all the wellness regimes we subscribe to, we neglect to deliver the goods. This is because we remain altogether ignorant and oblivious of the perpetual compromise state-of-affairs to begin with. Adult beings unwittingly and continually force their own b-w S-Ts to endure agonizing and ceaseless amounts of compromise. Furthermore, we remain remiss as to an effective course of action that would offer successful resolve. In the wellness marketplace today, there is virtually no daily reprieve maintenance regimen or method of equivalent value that directly targets the ROOT dwelling sites of body-wide compromise. And yet, this punishing compromise is the primary offender of our perpetual battle with unexplained chronic aches, pains, restrictions, bouts of stiffness/tightness….. wholeheartedly. This is not our fault. We can blame the unfortunate happenstance of this conundrum on the blatant lack of education and/or awareness on the subject matter at hand. After all, how can we be held responsible to provide efficient and effective therapy if we don’t even know our body needs it, or where to find it, for that matter?
If you were born (and currently remain) a generally healthy and fit individual who is NOT in your very senior years, NOT in any recent (acute) injury and NOT the bearer of a clinically-diagnosed medical malady or affliction, you then, should NOT be living with recurrent debilitating chronic compromise conditions (CCCs), aches, pains and restrictions (APRs), over-usage injuries (OUIs), stiffness, crepitus……. or any other unwarranted adversaries of anguish. This is a veritable fact. We can all agree there is NOT much we can do to dynamically influence and/or affect the dreaded ‘aging‘ process. But, we CAN dynamically influence and/or affect the perpetual, body-wide compromise process. And, as often as we’d like. The Skeletal Structure (bones) and joints are more resilient than most of us realize. As are the body-wide Soft-Tissues. That is, IF you do right by them and give them authentic layer-by-layer RESCUE for at least a few minutes on a mostly daily basis!
