Overview

We accommodate “unused” service $$ returns for all relocation/personal reason requests. All fully rendered services are unredeemable exempt. We work super hard to release your mass for satisfaction results. Hard work and great intention deserve full pay. Unrealistic expectations, failure to respect and meet other confirmed required daily body mass needs, and random debate disdain do not warrant refund. Shipping

We text, email, and provide all of our manual service menu offerings directly. We ship nothing at all.  

Refunds/Returns

If and when approved by management, your refund credit will be processed and applied by way of instant Zelle, Venmo, or slow snail mail check. We prefer dated trackable refund proof.  

Gift Certificates

We offer Gift Certificates for great single session and package sessions (including 1st time only special reduced) rates.  Must contact us directly anytime or pop in our clinic at a confirmed date and time. The same return policies above apply to “already purchased” Gift Certificates.  

Online Booking

We offer NO online booking due to constant client and LCMT associate “life hiccup” juggling flux. We apologize. Constant flux simply exceeds any reliable online efforts we can provide. 

Cancellation Fees

We understand last-minute life hiccups. We NEVER charge for cancellations. We ALWAYS ask that you do your best to give us 24 hours notice if and when you logistically can. We reserve our right to refuse service to all habitual offenders.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand last-minute life hiccups. We NEVER hold it against you. We ALWAYS aim to service complete confirmed session minutes. If no client directly follows your service and our LCMT associates are time flexible, we full completion session-stretch our best. Session time chintz due to your tardiness deserves LMT full price pay. To be fair, time is everyone valuable. We reserve our right to refuse services to all habitual offenders.

Insurance Reimbursement Potential

We provide a one-page detailed credentialed medical invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. We promise nothing. But we do have a 90+% success rate at full or partial Ins. Co. reimbursement success. Our “procured services invoice” additionally gives you tax write-off proof.
