I’m a highly motivated Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist with 14 years of hands-on experience. I was a full-time Soma Clinical Massage Institute Instructor downtown Chicago for the past 10 years. I am super passionate about bringing fascia release massage to the next level with CheliosMethodSM. I attended Penny’s 6-hour Continuing Education Self-Care Fascia Rescue® Floor Method Class at the American Massage Therapy Association Conference in 2018. I had never before, or since, heard of anything that remotely resembles this natural methodology to end and prevent our own common unwarranted chronic pain symptoms and conditions.  

I truly enjoy teaching and sharing my fascial massage expertise with others. Like Penny Chelios, I respect unconventional transformation results and I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care to my clients. 

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, grandchildren, and friends; and exploring my passion for great food, human connection, discovery, and purpose to strengthen my own body, mind and soul.
