WE are the Perpetrators of our very own Chronic Pain
Guilty are we who place it there. Neglectful are we whom fail to remove it!
The only reason your body accumulates excessive amounts of compromise in reference to the buildup of tension, hyper-compression, hyper-congestion, toxins, stiffness, hypertonic (tight) tendinous attachments, Trigger Points, adhesion, scar tissue, lactic/uric acids, etc. is because WE ourselves fail to treat them consistently enough to keep them all at bay. We use, over-use and ignore our body-wide Soft-Tissues on a ceaseless basis for years. We selfishly ask them to work for us then we foolishly deprive them of RESCUE rewards. And, then we wonder why we are all suffering from chronic aches, pains and restrictions.
During sleep, we assume our body-wide Soft-Tissues are getting all the relief they need. And, we arise the very next morning to overtask them all over again. But, nowhere during sleep do we receive any form of RESCUE. This critical wellness ingredient doesn’t just happen all by itself. WE must actually facilitate the replenishment of RESCUE via clinical massage techniques that were specifically designed to help accelerate recovery, healing and repair. This agenda reminds the entire musculoskeletal structure how to achieve, or even consider achieving, the favorable undertaking of letting go.
WE willingly invite and welcome the debilitating compromise to come right in. Then, WE ignore it and allow it to fester. And, ultimately, WE enable our path of chronic pain assaults. That is, until WE reach our wit’s end of it, or when WE actually endure injury that debilitates us enough to seriously dwell on it.
It is high time WE take accountability for our own compromise predicament. And, stop placing the blame on NON-root offenders such as age, old injury, past surgery, nutritional and exercise habits, BMI, gluten, sugar, stress, bad arches and so on.
